Jordan De Goey, 26, is an Australian Football League player who plays for Collingwood Football Club as a forward and midfielder.  Jordan was a nominee for the Rising Star Award in 2015 as he made it to the draft of Collingwood in 2014.

Playing for Collingwood, Jordon won the Gordon Conventry Awards in 2018 as the highest goalscorer of the season. Following his phenomenal season, Jordon received multi-million dollar contract offers from Melbourne and St. Kilda in 2018. However, the Melbourn-native turned down the offer.

AFL star celebrates his birthday on March 15 every year. Born in 1996, Jordan is an Australian national though he was born in New York City, United States. The 26-years-old went to St Kevin’s College in Toorak, Melbourne where he earned his degree. Jordan’s ethnicity is white and he follows Christianity as a religion.

Collingwood’s midfielder Jordan is not married to anyone and hasn’t been engaged either. The player is now living a single life with his main priority being football.

However, his dating history is often linked to his former girlfriend Hannah whose personal details are not disclosed. He and his ex-girlfriend were often spotted in public places time and again. The former couple used to go to different parties and events together and share pictures on social media.

We can’t say for sure if Jordan De Goey’s girlfriend is Hannah as the player hasn’t shared any recent pictures with his sweetheart.

His Father Was U-19 Player For Essendon

The Collingwood magpies’ father used to play for Essendon as an under-19 player back in the day. De Goey junior probably got his ticks as a forward or midfielder from his proud father, Roger De Goey. Australian-native, Jordan was born in New York but raised in the Toorak district of Melbourne.

Current jersey number 2 began playing football at an early age. He joined Ashburton United Junior Football Club of Yarra Junior Football League. Junior De Goey scored a hattrick in the 2014 Grand Finale of TAC CUP, assisting his former club Oakleigh Chargers to win the title.

His spontaneous performance in the final got the eyes of recruiters in the 2014 AFL national draft, and as a result, an AFL club Collingwood selected him as the 5th overall pick.

In the 2018 season, Collingwood FC player, Jordon De Goey scored three epic goals for the team in the Grand Final against West Coast Eagle. However, Collingwood FC was robbed of the win.

Jordan’s Numerous Encounter With Law

The AFL player has faced numerous encounters with law enforcement. Ever since he joined the Collingwood Football team,  he’d been continuously involved with controversies and legal charges. As a result, he has been suspended from several games paying hefty fines for breaking the code of conduct as written in his contract with the club. In February 2018, Jordan was fined $10,000 and was asked to donate another $10,000 to a charity after he was found driving drunk. Jordon also got three-match suspensions from Collingwood.

On October 31 last year, the player was handcuffed and charged with sexual assault and felony charges in Chelsea club, as Fox Sports reported this shameful incident. Jordan was taken into custody by New York Police along with his friend Duke Tyson.
